By accessing phoenixraven.com («Phoenix Raven»), creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register or use Phoenix Raven. By registering, you confirm this requirement.

4. NATURE OF PLATFORM — NOT GAMBLING

Phoenix Raven is a free social casino for entertainment only. It is NOT gaming under the Gambling Act 2005 (UK), s.6 because: (a) no real money or money's worth is staked; (b) no real money or money's worth is awarded as a prize; (c) Legend Coins are not money or money's worth within s.235 Gambling Act 2005. M3 Marketing Limited does not hold and is not required to hold a Gambling Commission licence.

5. PATH SYSTEM — LEGAL DECLARATION

The path system (Phoenix / Raven) is a cosmetic and bonus-based personalisation feature. Path selection does NOT affect the random number generator (RNG) function, probability of winning, or game outcomes in any way. Starting bonuses are one-time gifts of Legend Coins with no monetary value. Path-specific bonuses during gameplay are percentage adjustments to LC winnings with no connection to real money.

Legend Coins (): (a) no monetary value; (b) cannot be exchanged for money, gift cards, or goods; (c) cannot be transferred; (d) cannot be purchased; (e) earned through gameplay only.

9. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
