At phoenixraven.com we are committed to promoting responsible participation in our weekly charity prize draws. Participation should be fun and within your means. This page provides information and resources to help you stay in control.
Age restriction
You must be 18 years of age or over to participate in our prize draws. We may ask for proof of age and reserve the right to refuse or cancel entries if we cannot verify that you meet this requirement.
Spend within your means
Only spend what you can afford. Our prize draws are intended as light-hearted entertainment and a way to support charity — they are not a way to make money. Set a limit before you enter and stick to it. Remember that you can always use our free entry method by post if you prefer not to pay.
Signs of problem behaviour
If you or someone you know:
- Spends more than intended on entries
- Chases losses or enters more to «win back» money
- Neglects other responsibilities or relationships because of participation
- Feels stressed, anxious or guilty about participation
It may be time to take a step back. Consider self-exclusion or seeking support from the organisations listed below.
Self-exclusion and limits
If you wish to stop participating, you can simply stop entering. If you would like to self-exclude from our draws or set limits on your participation, please contact us through the means indicated on the site. We will do our best to support your decision.
